- By Making a Booking (Directly / Indirect by third party ) and By Checking in The Hotel, I and My Family Deemed To Understand & Accept & Follow House rules And the Terms And Conditions Mentioned Below Or On Hotel Website And Otherwise.
- In Case Of Cancellation During Normal Period, The Booking Can Be Cancelled at No Cost 72 Hours Prior To Arrival. If booking is cancelled/ modified less than 72 hours of arrival then 100% booking Amount Will be Charged. Kindly a Note That During Peak Periods/Weekends/Diwali/Holi/Literature Festival/Independence Day/Doctors Conference/Christmas/New Year Period (21st December to 3 January), the Booking Can Be Cancelled at no Cost 20 Days Prior to The Arrival, After That if Cancelled/Modified, Full Booking Amount Will Be Charged. For Marriage/Bulk/Group Bookings (More Then 5 Rooms) Booking Will Be Liable to 100% Cancellation Charge Once The Booking Has Been Made.
- In Case The Customer Does Not Arrive Till 12 in The Midnight The Booking Will Automatically Released/Cancelled And 100% Booking Amount Will Be Charged.
- In Case Of Reduction in Room Night/Number of Rooms After The Arrival, The Hotel Will Charge The Complete Booking Amount.
- Check –in Time is 1200hrs & Check out until 1200hrs.Early check in And Late Checkout Will Be Charged as Per Hotel Rate and Will Be Subject to Availability.
- Valid Identity Proof of all Passengers staying in the hotel (Voter ID/DL/Passport/Aadhar Card/ Visa also in case of foreign National)And Booking confirmation Letter at Check in time is Mandatory for all members ,Failing Which Check in will Be Denied and Hotel Will Not Be Liable to Refund Any Booking Amount. (Pan card is Not Valid ID.)
- We Reserve the Right to Cancel or Modify Reservations without Being Liable for Any Refund/compensation. Where it Appears that a Customer has Engaged in Fraudulent or inappropriate Activity or Under Other Circumstances Where it Appears That the Reservations Contain or Resulted From a Mistake or Error.
- The Reservation Made Without any Advance Payment is Liable to be cancelled beforehand Without Prior Information to the Customer.
- Complete Payment of Booking due Upon Arrival. (To Be Paid at the Of Check in).If Payment is Not Made at Check in Then Booking Will Be Cancelled And Hotel is Not Liable For Any Refund of Advance Paid.
- In The Rare Case That Due to Unforeseen Circumstances We Cannot Deliver Your Requested Accommodation, You will be offered Alternate Accommodation or a Full Refund and hotel will not be liable for any special/ Indirect compensation/ loss and hotel total liability will be limited to the price of the booking only.
- All Additional Goods and Services Purchased during Your Stay Must Be Paid in Full On Presentation of invoice at Check-Out. Hotel reserves the right to hold the customer and customer baggage in case the payment is not made.
- Pets are not Allowed Strictly.
- You Are Responsible for any Damage or Loss Caused to Us or Our Property by Your act, Omission, Default or Neglect and You Agree to indemnify Us And to Pay Us on Demand the Amount Reasonably Required to Make Good or Remedy any Such Damage or Loss and Hotel reserves the right to hold the customer and customer baggage in case the payment is not made
- Our Total Liability to You in any case/ circumstance is Limited to the Price of the Booking only And to the Fullest Extent Permitted by Law All Warranties Are Excluded And in no Circumstances Will hotel be Responsible For any Indirect Or Special Damages or compensation.
- Hotel is Not Responsible For Any Loss/Damage of Cash/Valuables/Jewellery/Mobile/Laptop/ luggage Or Any Other Misc. Item Of Personal Nature Kept in Room or at Other Place at Hotel During the stay. Also Once Checkout from Hotel, Hotel is Not Liable For Any Belonging Left in The Hotel.) In any case Hotel is not liable For Any claim/ compensation against the same.
- Utmost Safety is taken to Prepare Hygienic food; However Hotel is not responsible for any Health Issues arising After Consuming the Food in Restaurant/Room Service and Hotel is not liable For Any claim/ compensation against the same.
